2013 Mini Sessions Announced | Zebulon, Spring Hope, & Columbia Locations

When is the last time you had a photo shoot with your family? Been putting it off? Don't wait any longer! Now is the time for updated portraits! Remember that Christmas is less than 2 months away- its a great time to get photos for your Christmas cards or to frame and gift as Christmas presents to family! Mini sessions are also a great time to take advantage and squeeze in a quick engagement or maternity session too!



This year I will have sessions in three locations:
Zebulon, NC - Thursday, November 7th (Afternoon Sessions)
Spring Hope, NC - Thursday, November 14th (Afternoon Sessions)
Columbia, NC - Saturday, November 16th (Morning Sessions)

All sessions are 20 minutes and there are three packages at different prices to choose from! Email Megan at megan {at} meganlanephoto {dot}com for more details! In the subject line, please put "Mini Session:" followed by your location choice.

Ezrah | Eastern NC Child Photographer

Ezrah turned ONE! To go along with her mermaid theme birthday party her Mom had this mermaid outfit made for her portrait session. The photos were a surprise and displayed at the party! Great idea!













I also helped design Ezrah's First Birthday invites...


I have lots of other themed parties that I've designed invites for lately: bumblebees, minnie mouse, trains, farm animals, and whale birthdays as well as baby showers! Let me know if you're in need of any invitations designed!

Henry | {Eastern NC Newborn Photographer}

Not too much before Henry's Mom found out she was pregnant, Henry's Dad's Grandfather passed away.  They decided that if they had a boy they'd name him after the grandfather. :) So... not only was this little one named after his great-grandfather, but he was also born on his Grandmother's birthday! Specialy little fella to share so many things with different generations!

Baby Bump {Eastern NC Maternity Photographer}

I have SO many favorite images from this maternity session. I posted a few sneak peeks on my Facebook page and made the comment that I can photograph newborns all day long and not get baby fever, but seeing the glow of a pregnant lady, makes me miss being pregnant and baby fever slaps me in the face! :) Ashley is absolutely glowing! Their little boy bundle should arrive within the next few weeks and I can't wait to photograph him too!

Sarah & Russ | Columbia, NC Engagement Photography

Sarah & Russ are getting ready to tie the knot! We met up down at the boat ramp on Frying Pan Road to begin their session. We had hoped to have to small wooden boat for them to drift around in but the boat began taking on water when they launched it earlier in the day to "test" it out so we were on to plan B. I think their images turned out great even with no boat!











After a quick clothing change we ventured over to an old barn that sits along the side of the road. This barn was a really cool spot to shoot.
