Baby Boom

In the past 3 days, I have had 3 newborn shoots! Here is a sneak peek from each shoot. I promise to give each one of these tiny adorable ones their own post later, but I couldn't resist this tease!

Meet handsome Ayden:

Little Pink Card

I came across this on another photographers site. I found it pretty funny, however very useful for some. It's known as The Little Pink Card! This could be a great gift for that man in your life! The Little Pink Card is a nifty wallet-sized card that assists your husband, boyfriend or significant other in always buying you the perfect gift! No more excuses! Order a card and it will contain your name and all your personalized details! Too cute! :)

Beth & Brian = MARRIED!

Remember this adorable couple?? Now they're married. I had the opportunity to photograph Beth & Brian's big day last weekend at Meredith College. I have tons of images to go through but I thought I'd start off with an image of the lovely bride & groom before their big moment!

#50... check!

#50. Get some canvas prints made!

One more down from my 101 list! I've had quite a few canvas prints made to give as presents as well as for customer orders. I thought I'd share one with you that I did for my sister-in-law back in August for her birthday!

Photobucket

This is a 14x14 Gallery Wrapped Canvas Collage. Basically the image is printed larger than the final size, and the print is then wrapped around a thick wooden stretcher bar. Framing paper covers up the back of the bars, and metal hangers and bumpers are applied to the corners. A Gallery Wrap is ready to hang with no additional work needed. You can also choose to find a cute stand for your canvas to sit on, to be a decoration for your table top!

Photobucket

All Gallery Wraps are protected with a special laminate designed for canvas prints, therefore it is protected from scuffs and scratches. The laminate also offers UV protection and is included in the price. Gallery Wrapped canvas are offered in many sizes ranging from 8x8 to 30x40.

Photobucket

Do you have an image from your session this year you were thinking of giving as a Christmas present? Why not try it as a Gallery Wrap.

Fall Foliage

Most of you know that I spend time between the Raleigh area and Columbia. My heart is often in Columbia however I love this time of year in the Raleigh area, especially right in my front & back yard. Here are a few images that I took around the house yesterday.

Thought this was interesting because if you look closely you can see the holly in the background. Just a reminder that Christmas isn't that far away!

Featured Video

Some of you may remember my post about the Pin Hole Photography workshop that I took last year sponsored by Pocosin Arts. If not, you can read about it here. Anyway, Pocosin Arts was featured in a video on UNC-TV that not only talks about this great organization but Tyrrell County as well. If you have a chance to check it out, I'd highly recommend it!

Sisters

Photobucket

This is the third time I have had the opportunity to photograph these adorable sisters. And boy, how they are growing! It was so fun to see their personalities come out during the shoot and to see how two beautiful sisters can be so alike yet so different. They were so fun to be around.

Time-waster...

Ok, but it's still fun! I found this website where you can put in any URL and it will make a word collage of all the most commonly used words on it. You can play around and change the fonts and colors and all sorts of fun stuff. So the above is the result of putting my blog's URL in. Interesting. Clearly I use the words: city, images, day, amazing, wedding, and favorite a lot (since those are the largest words).

Ok, enough for now... gotta get back to work! :)

#10... check!

#10: Buy a Shootsac.

Well, I really didn't have to buy a Shootsac... my adorable parents gave me one for my BiRtHdAy last month! :)

Photobucket

Then with the money I got for my birthday I bought this snazzy cover to go with my Shootsac. I can SO see myself going crazy over these covers. They have tons of colors and designs to choose from! One to match each outfit?!? hehe...

Photobucket

So excited! :)
